SainoBox is envisioned as a state-of-the-art tool designed to assist organizations in efficiently managing and allocating their workforce.
Unfortunately, due to the confidentiality of client information, I have taken measures to highlight key aspects of this case study while respecting privacy and security concerns.
Many organizations find it challenging to track, allocate, and forecast their workforce. This leads to inefficiencies, missed opportunities, and reduced profitability.
I participate in SainoBox project as Product designer, I was responsible for discovering and defining the product problems, and then empathically designing a solution.
It all started with kickoff workshops with stakeholders, where we focused on defining user needs and product goals. After establishing the main vision for the product, we went through the user stories board and analyzed what is crucial in the MVP scope.
Design interfaces that minimize cognitive load that complies with usability standards, making it easier for users to understand and navigate the product. And ensure the tool is scalable and can grow with an organization.
The client provided a collection of raw user feedback's and google analytics behavior flow report.
From the data above, we wanted to draw inspiration for user flows, features and visuals.
In parallel with user research, I decided to analyze the user interface using Heuristic evaluation to identify crucial areas for redesign.
User interface inspection gave us insight into UI design patterns and principles that we can directly use in the redesign. here is an example:
Presented the findings to the client and worked together to prioritize features by aligning business goals with user needs.
After sorting through this information's, we created the below affinity map to visualize user opinions about the app.
The flow navigates through workforce selection, assignment, and monitoring. Decision points and potential user interactions are identified, ensuring a smooth and intuitive journey.
SainoBox launched to a closed group of beta testers and received positive feedback. Many praised its intuitive design and forecasting abilities. Post-launch, SainoBox has seen a 60% adoption rate among the target audience.
User feedback and insights guide decision-making for a more effective solution, while designing with scalability in mind is essential for long-term success.
